Between November 2011 and April 2012, Eurodite has has implemented a study on the first steps towards a metropolitan masterplan for the Metropolitan Zone Constanta (ZMC). A masterplan, is an agenda for sustainable urban development, tackling with the spatial-economic needs and potential of an area incorporating the intentions and opinions of key urban stakeholders. The results of this study, a SWOT analysis and inception report, are presented to the ZMC in April 2012.
