Poiana Brasov is a ski resort that is coping with reclining snows. What to do in the future with the location?

This was the central question for a three day workshop on redevelopment of Poiana Brasov, a ski resort near the beautiful Transylvanian city of Brasov. Joep de Roo was part of an international team of experts that, together with local stakeholders dealt with this question and presented the final results to the mayor of Brasov.
