Vital Nodes
Integration of EU and urban mobility networks

Vital Nodes is a Horizon 2020 project that maps effective solutions ("good practices") that contribute to a better integration of 88 European urban nodes into the TEN-T network focusing on freight logistics.

Joep de Roo supported the lead partner, the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and the Hungarian partner, the Centre for Budapest Transport, by moderating the workshop in Budapest on 3rd of May. Broader visions on a metropolitan scale were combined with practical improvement steps for specific areas that can be implemented tomorrow.
