Alina Tomescu
We have been collaborating with Alina since 2015 on various European cooperation and area transformation projects. With a background in leisure and creative industries, Alina supports us with research, project design, project management and communication for various projects including Innocastle and Open Heritage. She has a special interest in how to map and integrate the voices of various stakeholders in complex area transformation projects.
Our collaboration started when Alina wrote her graduation thesis for Eurodite, investigating innovative methods for regional development and revitalization of heritage castles, manors and estates in Transylvania. We then compared the topic to other regions in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and UK and developed the Interreg Europe proposal Innocastle.
